HOT TOPIC is a teen inspired retail store, filled with THE most alternative clothing, accessories, and even furniture. CEO Lisa M. Harper, founded this retail chain company in 1988, Industry, California. During that time, teen stores were all the rage, but none of them had products designed for only teenagers. These items didn’t even speak “TEENAGER”, so as the 1990s (the “Rock & Roll” era) arrived, Harper decided to add in what would reel in customers easily: band T-shirts. Bands were all the rage, and teenagers were heavily inspired by them (especially teen rock bands). HOT TOPIC has blown out competing retailers with their outrageous trends and styles.

Today, HOT TOPIC has continued to staying teen-friendly with their fashions, with band- and fashion-related apparel and accessories, which you can find in over 600 stores all over the country. You can find the nearest Hot Topic stores in Irving, Dallas, Town East Mall, and the even the Galleria Dallas Mall. With Hot Topic, your wardrobe will scream “BIKER”, “STREET”, and most of all, “HOT”!

This year, tis the season with rock and alternative styles! Try out some of the latest fashion, such as the Nightmare Before Christmas hoodie jacket, which cost between $49-$53.00. Most of their items are based off of Disney’s most epic movies. You can check more about HOT TOPIC products at https://www.hottopic.com.
